- Liability Limitations: Veda Flowers & Traders Pte Ltd (Veda Go App) shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damage or loss, including any deterioration or change in quality of the order after delivery. We and our delivery service providers may decline requests to deliver or leave orders at locations other than the front door of the delivery address.
- Delivery Conditions:Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be affected by bad weather or unforeseen circumstances. We are not bound by these estimates and shall not be liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from late deliveries.We reserve the right to cancel or reject delivery requests at our discretion based on resource availability.Third-party delivery service providers may be utilized, and we are not responsible for any inconvenience or loss arising from their actions.
- Delivery Charges:We offer free delivery for all orders over $200. For orders under $200, a standard delivery fee of $12 will apply.The delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Same-Day Delivery:We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next business day. Same-day delivery is available from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- Pickup of Preordered Items:If you opt to pick up your order directly, we will notify you of an approximate Collection Time. Delays in order preparation may occur.The Collection Time is an estimate, and we are not liable for any inconvenience or loss due to delays in pick-up.Risk and liability for any damage or loss to your order after the Collection Time shall be borne solely by you. No replacement or refund will be provided in such cases.
- Order Amendments and Verification:We may contact you regarding your order details and any necessary changes or pick-up timing adjustments.You may be required to present your in-app order receipt for verification at the time of collection.
