Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

• Return Policy: Items can be returned within 2 days with proof of purchase. Refund requests must include photos or videos of affected items within 2 hours of receipt.

• Delivery Terms: We deliver to your front door. Veda Flowers is not liable for any damages or losses if instructed to leave orders unattended.

• Order Amendments: Address or contact changes must be notified 48 hours before delivery. Changes after order processing are not allowed.

• Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled at no charge with 48 hours' notice (72 hours for bulk orders). Late cancellations incur a fee of $20 (Home Delivery) or $30 (Bulk Order Delivery).
